2004 Q4 ESPP Shares Sold @ $26.93

This morning, I sold my ESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Program) shares from the 2004 Q4 period at $26.93 a pop. This post is just a housekeeping note to help me track my actions -- as you can recall, I hae been subscribing to the "immediate-sale" strategy since Day One and I always sell my ESPP shares at the beginning of each quarter (here, here and here).

Starting from the current Q1 ESPP period, my wife will participate in the ESPP too. As a result, every three months, we will report a small spike in net worth growth when we acquire these ESPP shares.

With more than $17,000 tied to my employer's stock in the form of stock option grants, I will continue to dump whatever ESPP shares we purchase at the earliest possible time to hedge some risks and bring in more liquidity.
