How to Benefit from Weak Dollar?

In CNN Money Walter Updegrave discussed three ways to benefit from a weak dollar:

- Invest in foreign currencies
- Invest in gold, which is a natural hedge against dollar
- Invest in foreign stock funds

Personally I feel all three methods represent quite high transaction cost. Even via mutual fund each investment will usually cost 2%, if not more. Also, as a contrarian, I don't think one should bet on a weaker dollar now that dollar is in historic low compared to major currencies.
