[This is a backlog for a previous trading transaction. It may not fully represent my thinking at the time of the trading.]
This is the first time I made two trades in a single day. I purchases another 200 shares of Sears at $20.01 each.
After a short climb, S declined to $20 amid more uncertainties in its credit card business. Seeing my position to be haircut by 20% is not good experience, but at $20 per share the stock is even more attractive now. I firmly believe nothing has been changed after my last purchase around 2 months ago. And as the P/E is now at 5 times and dividend yield 4.6%, I am more confident that I can benefit if I buy more.
After this purchase, Sears becomes my largest holding with 32.5% of my portfolio value. I understand I'm not diversified enough, but Sears is such a great value buy to me.
