AuctionDrop Helps You to Sell at eBay

Contributed by mm | July 2, 2004 7:30 PM PST

AuctionDrop is your partner when you want to dump your itmes on eBay hassle-free. You may drop off your item at any of the 3,400 locations nationwide, letting AuctionDrop to take care of the rest: "from taking professional photographs and writing detailed descriptions to answering questions, processing payment and shipping." You will get the check, less AuctionDrop's service fee and eBay's cut, once the item is sold. (If your item does not get sold after a severn-day auction, the item will be returned to you free of charge.)

Of course, you can expect the service fee structure is pretty steep:

- 38% for the first $200
- 30% for the next $300
- 20% for the remaining amount
- $19.99 minimum commission

This is on top of eBay's commission.

AuctionDrop is part of eBay's growing Trading Assistants community (originally called Trading Posts), a group of individuals and merchants who earn their pot of gold by helping you to sell at eBay.
