The markets with the sharpest rise:

+32.9% Riverside/San Bernardino, CA
+31.3% Las Vegas, NV
+28.1% Anaheim-Santa Ana, CA
+25.8% Los Angeles-Long Beach, CA
+24.5% Sarasota, FL
