If you read PFBlog regularly, you might have noticed that I made a number of makeovers to this site in the last few weeks. First, I changed the font of the main text and thus made it more consistent with the rest of the site. Second, I reengineered the category listing on the left, making the arrangement more logical and saving some web site real estate.
I am happily announcing another value-added service to PFBlog: Starting from today, when you read an entry, you will find a nice google search box at the bottom of the text. Besides, I already put a suggested phrase into the search box, allowing you to make a search on the fly. For example, after you read today's entry of 3 Bureau Credit Report and Score for $1, you might want to google about "free credit report," and with the phrase automatically inserted into the search box, you can get the search results in one single click. (I am still in the exhausting process of adding the most relevant keyword to every entry, and I hope I can complete that in the next few days.)
I hope this new service adds more value to your experience at PFBlog.com. I don't deny that I will get a cut of the advertisement revenue should you click some paid links among the search results (I don't recommend you click with the single purpose of boosting my ad revenue though), but overall, I am convinced this will help you to get exposure to more interesting products and services, and thus navigate better in the personal finance world. Please let me know what you think and if you have an idea that will make PFBlog better.
Thank you!
