My credit union (First Tech Credit Union) just asked me to beta test a new account aggregation service provided by uMonitor.com. Though there are some glitches, this new service has greatly exceeded my expectations.

The interface of uMonitor includes a spectrum of components called "Monitors." Among its functionalities are:

- Finance Monitor tracks of all checking, saving and credit card accounts
- NetWorth Monitor shows details of personal assets and liabilities
- CreditCard Monitor displays current balance, credit limit, available credit, minimal payment due and payment due date for each credit card
- Bill Monitor provides bill presentment for a number of companies
- Market Monitor helps to track stock quote
- Rewards Monitor tracks progress in a lot of mileage/points programs
- Insurance Monitor consolidate details of insurance coverage

Other miscellaneous functionalities include: Internet search, financial calculators, credit report monitor, shipping package monitor, flight monitor, email monitor, news reader and weather monitor.

This interface really provides a lot of value to me. To the least, the auto-login feature available for most services can greatly reduce the need to memorize difference login and passwords for each site. The company also announced that in its task list is a function that allows money transfer among banking accounts out of the interface, which should be another nice thing to have (currently I can only use Datek/AmeriTrade to help me transfer money between accounts in two different banks).

Unfortunately uMonitor.com does not seem to provide service to all users. You probably should lobby your bank or credit union to try out this service.
