Jim Cramer isn’t an oil bear. He believes that high oil is here to stay as demand is outpacing supply. He’s not sure if that demand is coming from the United States but doesn’t seem to care as China and India appear to be so strong. He especially likes the Oil Engineering and Construction companies.

Cramer still believes in the “Summer Tech Rally” he boldly predicted last week

There has only been one year in the last twelve where the fourth quarter was bad for tech, 2000.

He believes he is trying to get the viewers into Tech six weeks early. Does it make sense to get in now when we can wait the six weeks and then get in? Why not have the money in a much safer place until the group starts to move?

In Beating the Racket with Herb Greenberg Cramer mentioned that he would avoid Closed-end funds.
