Fundamentals vs. Technicals – Technicals are a crutch that I don’t want part of. There is no solace in looking at charts when they are all headed down. Charts are not hocus pocus – they tell a picture but they are not solace.

Homebuilders – Ring the register

Like to buy stocks that reported blow-out numbers on bad days. Pick them up when the next day when Europe or asia are up…

Still too early to sell the drillers – oil service is a great place to be

Sell the steels into any strength – buy the oils into any weakness

AIG - AMER INTL GROUP I - Will not hold 50 with this currrent CEO
AAPL - APPLE COMPUTER - Reminds me of Reebok - reebok went from 15 - 100 while you couldn't get sneakers. Once the sneakers were everywhere and no longer in short supply the stock went down. Sell it on any bounce up
MSO - MARTHA STEWART LI - You can't own MSO through this period - Shortfalls will be ugly - I'd still sell it - think it goes to 15 - Earnings won't be goo until '06
SIRI - SIRIUS SATELLITE - Not until 2006 that we'll hear Howard Stern - no one is going to want to swim through the pool of red ink - Sirius stock at $5 - key for Margin players and feds - think the stock sees $4 before it sees $6.
XMSR - XM SATELLITE RADI - Think that Sirius is not as good as XM.
AX - ARCHIPELAGO HLDGS - BULL
MWD - MORGAN STANLEY - Think it goes lower
CFC - COUNTRYWIDE FNL C - Don't sell - think its been punished unfairly
TOL - TOLL BROTHERS INC - Ring the register - not right at this point in the cycle - the cycle trumps everything
LEN - LENNAR CP CL A - Ring the register - not right at this point in the cycle - the cycle trumps everything
VFC - V F CP - One of the few companies that I would actually describe as a bonafide blue chip - if VFC comes down to the mid-50's with that dividend and the buyback you should own it
MNST - MONSTER WORLDWIDE - Would not sell this stock - when you give up on monster of hotjobs you are giving up on growth. If I owned it I would hold it, not impressing people now but I do think there are better times ahead

AN - AUTONATION INC - BEAR - don't want anything to do with the autos
DBD - DIEBOLD INC - BEAR - ixnay no way
PGN - PROGRESS ENERGY I - BULL - That company - it rocks!
GPN - GLOBAL PAYMENTS I - Think the stock is rich - rather own JPM
MSO - MARTHA STEWART LI - Jump out the window - ugly
PVX - PROVIDENT ENERGY - Good stock, what we're looking for in this tough market
NSC - NORFOLK SO CP - Can't own the rails - the economy is slowing down
BSX - BOSTON SCIENTIFIC - BULL - 1 point down, 4 up - a very good stock here
PKZ - PETROKAZAKHSTAN I - BP is the russian way to play - NO
BP - BP PLC - Bull
SUP - SUPERIOR IND INTL - Been tough - still believe that this is an inexpensive stock I would not sell it
SYMC - SYMANTEC CP - Don't even know what to say - no bottom until Veritas deal finally closes
PGH - PENGROWTH EGY UTS - Don't lke canadian trusts as much as I like the American trusts
DIS - WALT DISNEY-DISNE - BULL - BUY here
DNA - GENENTECH INC - BULL - Going higher
XEC - CIMAREX ENERGY CO - Own it personally - like it - got the sizzle and the steak
FDC - FIRST DATA CP - Big upgrade yesterday and it still didn't go up - don't want to touch FDC
LXK - LEXMARK INTL INC - One of the worst quarters I have ever seen downgrading
DELL - DELL INC - Downgrading
HPQ - HEWLETT PACKARD C - Downgrading
PDC - PIONEER DRILLING - Like it - think drilling market is tight
ALL - ALLSTATE CP - Like that stock - not expensive very good, untainted - BULL
PLT - PLANTRONICS INC - Like this stock - good secular growth business - hope it doesn't do an insp on me
ATK - ALLIANT TECH SYS - own it personally like it
ALGN - ALIGN TECHNOLOGY - two teeth stocks I like are PDCO - no just PDCO
HXL - HEXCEL CP DELAWAR - Like them very much - such a bull market cycle - like BEAV, BA
BEAV - BE AEROSPACE INC - Bull market cycle play
BA - BOEING CO - think they are going to put on some delicious numbesr
BHP - BHP BILLITON LIMI - Ring the register - too difficult to own - economy slowing worldwide
SGMS - SCIENTIFIC GAMES - Greenberg often nails it - don't like and don't like IGT
IGT - INTL GAME TECH - Don't like it
CRM - SALESFORCE.COM IN - Bear - don't trust a company that is doing that many ads
ORCL - ORACLE CORP - dislike them
ALD - ALLIED CAP CORP - Never really cared for them - BEAR - don't like that group too dicey for me
WTZ - WESTERN SILVER CO - Pan-American mines is the only silver company I like - PAAS
PAAS - PAN AMER SILVER C - only silver company I like
KRB - M B N A CORP - Train wreck - COF is kicking their butt and both trade at 11 times earnings - KRB is wrong

ZMH - ZIMMER HOLDINGS I - This is a terrific company - BULL - this is where I'd be placing my bets in the A.M.
CFC - COUNTRYWIDE FNL C - So dirt cheap - think it'd be the place I'd put money in because of my thesis that the Fed isn't going to tighten 3 more times. Many residual businesses not just mortgages anymore. Great place to step in and buy it - BULL - two thumbs up
