"In the Feb. 15 entry, Drucker says, ``The human resources department is not responsible for taking care of you; you are.'' Those are words to live by for investors, who can hire armies of brokers, financial planners, money managers and accountants but cannot farm out the responsibility for their own financial well- being."
Too many people blame others or circumstances for the financial situation they are in. If you are one of them, stop the blaming and start being proactive in shaping your financial future.
