Hi. And welcome to Prospect's personal finance blog. This blog is going to tell you my story and pass along some personal finance tips. So, how is this going to be any different from any other PF blogs? Read on to find out.
I am a 34-year old, first-generation, Asian-American. My parents immigrated to the US in the late 60s for the opportunity to create a better life for both them and their children. They made some sacrifices along the way to create some wealth-building opportunities for their children. I am one of those children.
I am now comfortably living a modest middle-class life. And I am very hopeful for even better prospects in the future. In the meantime, I do not forget to live for today. Hence, my tagline is Personal Finance for today and tomorrow.
