5.00% APY for 13 month CD. Can you top this rate?

Im looking for a place to park some cash and found this rate. If you can top this, please leave a comment so others may benefit.

Small print...

1. Click for CapitalSouth's Web site - Phone: (205) 870-1939
2. FDIC insured
3. Rate for deposits of $5,000 or more
4. You must open a checking account to get this rate; Must maintain $500 balance to avoid monthly service charges on the checking account
5. Must either reinvest interest from the CD or have the interest deposited to your CapitalSouth checking account
6. I have not yet taken time to see how they are rated, and I have never done business with them, so more due diligence is needed before I would want to take the plunge
7. If you are interested, please call the bank to get more details

They appear to be a small regional bank. This from their Website...

Here are some non-CD rates too:

Best deal is Superior Savings paying 4.5% on 25k (minimum) for money market. Good thing is you don't tie up your money for 13 months.
