Check Your Receipts

$3.50 for a Sprite!

So I am shopping at one of my favorite store Target In the check out line, I see the sodas next to me. Thirst hits my mouth and I decide to buy a Sprite. I check out and do not look at my receipt. A bit late after I am home, I check the bag of goods and my receipt. Target charged me $3.50 for one Sprite! That is a rip off, and I am such a loyal customer of their store. All last week I was irritated and was contemplating going back to Target to see if this was some kind of mistake. But I did not go back to argue with them or find out if this was a mistake.

I had to let it go…goodbye $2.25 (I estimated $1.25 for one cold Sprite is reasonable.)

Lesson learned: Check your receipts at the counter.
