Citi Dividend Platinum Select Card - Still A Sweet Deal
The best credit card deal I have been able to track down is still the Citi Dividend Platinum Select Card. This is the one that gives you 5% back on gas, groceries and drug store purchases and 1% back on everything else. The reward isn't miles or luggage - it's cold, hard, spendable cash (up to $300/yr).
And did I mention that there is currently no annual fee? And a sweet balance transfer option?
If you pay off your balance every month the Citi Dividend Platinum Select Card is really a no brainer. If you carry a balance it would probably make sense to check the APR which may be slightly higher than non-reward cards.
Getting my Citi Dividend Platinum Select Card took about an hour all in. I estimate I will get back about $100 a year every year, year after year. It is truly the card that keeps giving.

Just went to read the fine print, and -- yeah, that is a good deal. Plus, I had a Citibank card already that I almost never use, so I just called up and converted it over to a dividend card, effectively immediately. So, I win, and Citibank wins, because I'll actually be using it now. (And paying it off every month, which they're less crazy about, but still.)
