Pet peeve: Fidelity receipts and the three-hole punch

Our family has about a half-dozen accounts with Fidelity. Roth IRA, Rollover IRA, a stock-buying account, a few 529 plan accounts, etc.

It's great that Fidelity uses hole punches on its monthly statements. That lets me take the bundle of papers and stick them straight in a three-hole binder, for future refence.

But I have to ask: Why not all of the other paperwork? The transaction receipts, tax forms, and various notices that Fidelity sends me on a regular basis. Do you think I throw them away? No! I put them in the binder with the monthly account statements. It would be helpful if Fidelity treated these other documents with a three-hole punch, for easier filing.mortgage calculator
