FICO Bankruptcy Risk Score

How your creditors see you as a risk? The smart guys at Fair Isaac designed Bankruptcy Risk Score to estimate how likely yu will file for bankruptcy. Are we making things too complicated?

From Fair Isaac:

FICO Bankruptcy Risk Score helps decision-makers reduce losses, increase acceptance rates and improve customer service by providing predictive information about the potential revenue impact of a customer's future bankruptcy.

FICO Bankruptcy Risk Score has the unique ability to separate those likely to file bankruptcy from those credit users that are the most profitable, enabling lenders to minimize the impact to the future "good" revenue (unlike traditional bankruptcy tools, which sacrifice too much good revenue in an attempt to reduce bankruptcy loss). This is accomplished through a unique performance outcome measurement of bankruptcy loss ratio and a sophisticated segmentation scheme.
