AIG Stock Tempts Investors

AIG is very much undervalued. Disclousre: I bought AIG at $56.22 recently.

From Wall Street Journal:

The first-quarter report "supports the hypothesis that this accounting problem is a bump in the road with a disproportionate number of headlines that hasn't significantly affected the company's value," says Dreyfus Neenan, a stock analyst who covers AIG for Chicago researcher Morningstar Inc. Mr. Neenan has a $78-a-share estimate of the company's fair value today, assuming 12% to 15% returns on capital for the firm. Morningstar doesn't do any banking business, and Mr. Neenan doesn't own any AIG shares.
