TRADE #3 - Buy BYND 300s @ $2.22 in Datek (Backlog for May 10, 2001)

[This is a backlog for a previous trading transaction. It may not fully represent my thinking at the time of the trading.]

I purchased 300 shares of BYND (Beyond.com) in a bid to fully invest my cash in stock market. BYND is a company then focusing on selling software online and having a legacy arm of government contracting work. I purchased BYND mainly because it had dropped a lot to a level close to its cash holdings (BYND had no debt then).
