10 Attitudes of Successful Employees
I saw 10 Attitudes of Successful Workers on the MSN homepage and thought I'd share it. Imagine the workplace if EVERYONE had those attitudes!
A trip to your local retailer will prove the fact that most people do not have these attitudes. Here's some things that really bug me:
I hate it when I go to the grocery store and the checker and sacker talk between themselves and totally ignore me. No, I don't want them to be fake towards me but it would be nice to at least be acknowledged.
I hate it when I see employees walk past trash on the parking lot instead of picking it up. Of course most of them will say "that's not MY job." However, I find this excuse a little lame since a lot of them don't even properly perform their real jobs.
I hate it when something rings up wrong and the checker expects me to go get a price check.
I hate rude attitudes. There's simply no reason for rudeness.
Of course, a lot of these problems are caused by managment because the managers themselves don't care.
There, I got those off my chest. Read the above article. In fact, print it out, make copies and share it with the world!
